Work with us on building the home of your dreams from the beginning to the end through our easy 10 step build process. The advantage of the cost plus model is the built in flexibility and ability to make changes along the way without the costly change orders. Another advantage is our ability to pass on our builder negotiated savings from our many suppliers and trade networks.
Custom Build - Fixed Cost
If a firm price is what you prefer, we would recommend our Fixed Cost Option. This option affords you a budget number that we will agree to, together and stick to throughout the build process.
Custom Design Services
Maybe you have your dream home ideas before you have that perfect piece of land, or you have that perfect lot but need help looking at the different inspirational design ideas to create that perfect dream home. We offer design services from Concept Design to Full Working Drawings and assistance with picking that perfect lot. Should you decide to build with us we would be happy to credit the cost of our design services back to you.
